From first conversation to final aperitivo
Week 1 · Complimentary
We discuss your terrace, lifestyle, budget range in EUR, and timeline. This can be in person at Via del Corso 189 or via video call.
Week 2–3
Our team measures the space, assesses structural conditions, sun exposure, and views. We review building regulations and condominium requirements.
Week 4–6
Mood boards, preliminary layout, and 3D visualisations presented at our studio. One round of revisions included.
Week 7–10
Full construction drawings, material specifications, planting plans, and lighting design. Fixed design fee quoted in EUR.
Week 11–14
We coordinate with your building administrator and, where needed, the Soprintendenza for historic-centre properties.
Week 15–22 (typical)
Licensed contractors execute waterproofing, flooring, structures, and planting under our project management.
Final week
Furniture placement, final planting, lighting adjustment, and a care guide for your new terrace. Then — your first aperitivo.
